Are your bars handmade?

Yes — all Firebloome bars are handmade in small batches here in Scotland. I make everything myself with care, curiosity, and a bit of playful experimentation.

How big are the bars?

My bars are usually between 130g – 135g, depending on the flavour. They’re made to be shared… or kept entirely to yourself. No judgement.

How long do the bars last?

Each bar has a best-before date printed on the packaging. For the best experience, I recommend enjoying them fresh and storing them somewhere cool and dry.

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

Full ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page and on the back of the packaging.

Drops & availability

How often do you release new bars?

I release new chocolate bars every fortnight. Each drop includes a small selection of flavours.

How many bars are in each drop?

Most drops include two different bars, each with its own flavour and personality.

Will flavours ever come back?

Some might — but part of Firebloome is enjoying what’s here right now. I like keeping things fresh, surprising, and a little bit special.

How can I make sure I don’t miss a drop?

The best way is to join my mailing list. You’ll get a heads-up before each release so you can plan your chocolate moment accordingly.

Orders & delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. During busy drops it might take a little longer, but I'll always keep you updated.

Can I send Firebloome as a gift?

Absolutely. Firebloome bars make great gifts — just make sure the delivery address is correct at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If something’s not quite right, get in touch with me and I'll sort it. I want your Firebloome experience to be a good one.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, I may not be able to make changes.
