Firebloome is a small chocolate project built around curiosity, joy, and the simple pleasure of unwrapping something good.

I make playful, flavour-led chocolate bars in small batches, right here in Scotland. Each one starts with a familiar idea — a classic pudding, a nostalgic sweet, a flavour you already love — then gets gently twisted into something a little more exciting. Nothing overcomplicated. Nothing taken too seriously. Just really good chocolate, made with care and a sense of fun.

At the heart of Firebloome is that feeling you get when you unwrap something special. The anticipation. The first snap. The moment you realise this is exactly what you were hoping for. That’s what I’m chasing every time I make a new bar.

The bars are generously sized and designed to be enjoyed properly. Share them if you want. Keep them to yourself if you don’t. There are no rules here — just chocolate that’s meant to be enjoyed in whatever way feels right.

Handmade with curiosity

Every Firebloome bar is handmade in small batches. That gives me the freedom to experiment, play with flavour combinations, and follow my curiosity wherever it leads. Some ideas come from classic desserts, some from old favourites, and some from things I’ve just always wanted to try in chocolate.

Because everything is made in small runs, flavours change regularly. New bars are released every fortnight, each drop bringing a fresh selection to enjoy. Some flavours may return one day, others are very much a “right place, right time” kind of thing — part of the fun is enjoying what’s here, now.

Chocolate without the fuss

Firebloome isn’t about luxury for luxury’s sake, and it’s definitely not about being serious or exclusive. I believe good chocolate should feel welcoming, a little indulgent, and quietly joyful — not intimidating or overthought.

I like chocolate that makes people smile. Chocolate that sparks a bit of nostalgia. Chocolate that feels like a treat, whether it’s a midweek pick-me-up, a shared moment after dinner, or a quiet “this one’s just for me” situation.

A small project, made properly

Firebloome is intentionally small. That means I can focus on quality, keep things hands-on, and stay close to the making process. It also means I get to keep things personal — from how the bars are made, to how they’re packed, to how I talk about them.
